to Bring You a Fabulously Fun Family Fundraiser


THE PERFECT SUNDAY AFTERNOON! • JOIN US MAY 2, 2010

Foothill Communities will converge at ‘A Taste of Main Street,’ presented by the El Dorado Cougar Musicians! A gala affair in El Dorado High School’s magical Carl Borelli Amphitheater. A break from cooking with
A Taste of Main Street’s Uptown Box Dinners in the Sierra Nevada spring twilight.

Featured performance is the band "On Air" (www.onairband.com).
EDHS music students also showcasing their dedication, passion, skill and character
in jazz, concert, drum line and choir performances.

Scrumptious appetizers, desserts and beverages will be available at the event.
And surprises! Raffles, Silent Auction, and Door Prizes.

are collaborating with the El Dorado Music Program to bring you sumptuous fare.

         Very Vegetable Pot Pie & Salad
         Tomatoes, potatoes, onion, white beans, celery, carrots, zucchini squash, spinach, green beans,bell
          peppers, garlic, peas, sea salt, basil, pepper & bay. Organic House Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing.

2. Cozmic Cafe
         Gold Rush Salad

         Organic spinach, organic brown basmati rice, organic balsamic beans, carrots, cabbage, onions,
          cheese, tomato, hormone-free turkey, avocado, sprouts, and fresh cilantro. Served with sesame chips.

3. Z-Pie Gourmet Pot Pies
         Steak & Cabernet Pot & Salad
         Beef, potatoes, onion, carrots, cabernet wine, peas, flour, butter, tomato paste, beef broth, sea salt,
          olive oil, thyme, lemon juice, pepper, bay. Organic House Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing.

4. Back Forty Texas BBQ
         BBQ Chicken Salad
         Lettuce, black beans, corn, Monterey jack cheese, cilantro, chicken in BBQ sauce,
          crushed tortilla chips and ranch dressing on the side. Also incudes roll and butter.

5. Tortilla Flats
         Grilled Chicken Grande Burrito
         Giant flour tortilla stuffed with sliced grilled chicken and rice.

6. Powell's Steamer Company & Pub
         Peel & Eat Shrimp
         Generous portion of chilled chrimp served on a bead of lettuce. Also includes roll & butter.

7. M & M Deli
         Tri-Tip Sandwich
         Served on a whole wheat hoagie with mayonaise, mustard, lettuce, tomato & onion.
          With a side of homemade macaroni salad.
